My favorite bakery in OKC, friendly staffs, always fabulous coffee and bakeries. My dog got a HUGE pup cup and he loved it!

Stopped in here at open on a Saturday morning. Wasn't too busy, seems like the kind of place you have to already know about to know it's there. All the pastries looked amazing. The quality is definitely there and we've really enjoyed the ones we've tried so far. Service was excellent. We were lucky enough to have Aaron help us and he was incredibly friendly. You can tell this is their passion and it shows in the pastries. I do wish they would add a few super refined donuts to their repertoire--something different from your standard, lighter/fluffier, with unique flavors. But that's only a wish. Great place, get in here while they're still relatively a hidden gem!

I have eaten a variety of bakery goods from Jack’s Bakehouse. Every time the food is fresh and delicious. Chocolate croissants are a personal favorite, but you can’t go wrong with any choice you make.

The hours were a bit confusing & frustrating when looking up three resources to figure it out. The first time coming they were closed. Practicing patience & grace was worth the second time coming back. Shout out to Milla for a warm welcoming! If you love a great espresso well they got that covered too! They have a Rancilio machine if you know, you know. I was told updated hours are now Wednesday - Saturday 8-2pm Online orders & delivery are also an option through a 3rd party. Local small business supporting local small businesses. It’s a MUST try!

One of the bakeries I have ever been to! Pros: most delicious pastries: Flaky, perfect sweetness (not too sweet), crunchy on the outside soft on the inside. Beautiful selection of croissants. Super yummy coffee. THE NICEST owners. Cons: hard to find. It’s in the bottom of a building. You have to enter the lobby then follow a walkway. Once you’re there it’s a cute little shop with limited seating Keep in mind it’s just the coffee and pastries. No sandwiches etc (at least while I was there) Amazingly delicious and a MUST GO if you’re in OKC!

Jack’s Bake House is a true gem—one of those rare spots where every bite makes you pause and appreciate the craft behind it. The pastries here are nothing short of exceptional. You can tell immediately that each item is made with love, care, and serious attention to detail. The flavor profiles are balanced and thoughtful, and the textures are spot on—flaky, crispy, and melt-in-your-mouth perfection. From the first bite, I knew I was tasting something special. There’s a depth and warmth to the pastries that can only come from someone who truly takes pride in their work. Every croissant, and danish I tried was executed beautifully and consistently. It’s honestly some of the best pastry I’ve had in my entire life. Jack’s is more than just a bakery—it’s a place you look forward to coming back to. A true staple in the making, and absolutely worth the visit.

I was surprised by how good the croissants were. The turkey and cheese croissant was buttery, flaky, and delicious. Cruffin was good too, never had one before. Shaken espresso not bad at all.

I saw this place on TikTok and knew when I was back in OKC, I had to try it. So I woke up early and decided that I was going to be one on of the first people there and it did not disappoint at all. I’m from NYC and I came back from France the week before and I can tell you that these pastries can go toe-to-toe with any bakeries. I had a large Americano, mocha cruffin, and a mixed berry danish. The Americano was very good standard but strong. The cruffin, oh wow. It was crispy/flaky AND soft at the same time. And the filling was not just at the top but to the bottom as well. The mixed berry danish was very good as well. You can tell that the fruit is fresh and they are also very generous with the amount of filling as well. I’m definitely going to come back here when I’m in town and try the other items… that ube danish is calling my name Side note: this bakery is within Carnegie Center and those doors don’t seem to open until 7:30AM. So if you plan on camping outside like I did, just be aware that you might be getting your steps in before opening (just means you can order more food) Side Note 2: I came back here in January as this is my home bakery. Still just as good. I can’t wait for my next trip back because I saw some cinnamon rolls with my name on it 👀

The hidden gem of Oklahoma City. Don't miss this bake house hidden in an office building, search it out intentionally. I don't even know where to start, But let me tell you, I think we got one of everything just to try them. If you don't want your croissants, buttery and flaky don't come here. These things, first of all, were huge. The flavor was simply amazing. I had just a plain croissant. This thing made me want to write a song. Yep that good. Onto the Danish. I chose a cheese Danish. I couldn't have chosen better. This thing was so amazing. It melted in my mouth. We purchased a few savory snacks as well. And the spinich artichoke danish, while amazing, just did not beat out the sweet, lovely, amazing taste of that basic cheese danish. We also purchased a fruit a bowl for lack of better words. The croissant filled with a cream and topped with fruit. That was also very good. I would highly recommend anybody try that one as well. I want to shout out to the workers. They were amazing, fun and super informative. When it came to the items we chose. Great attitude like they really actually enjoyed their jobs!!. I did get mint mocha and it was just ok. Stick with the food, you will be happy you found this place!!
